Hexham bandstand

This stands in The Sele, which is the park beside the Abbey.

I went in to town to have a tyre checked, the one that seems to have a slow puncture.

“Leave it with us to the end of the day” said the cheery mechanic. Not possible so I will be back tomorrow. Kwikfit, not so Kwik today.

I pottered around town and then went to the Abbey café to meet Julie for lunch. We had a good natter.

On my way back to my car I popped into The Sele. I wonder if you have all seen the lost property I the image. Someone must be sad.
