A very wet day

Yes, the rain's been sheeting down.  I took the camera out locally this morning and got wet, then K walked Hazel this afternoon and came back soaked.  There have been flashes of sun inbetween but they didn't amount to much ;(

So (from top left clockwise) here are:
Hedgerow Cranesbill - Geranium pyrenaicum
Blackthorn with ripening Sloe - Prunus spinosa
Musk Mallow - Malva moschata
Wild Plum (I think) - Prunus domestica

..all laden with rain.

Nothing else, except to remind you that tonight is the end of the WFW23_18 challenge.  Results will be in my journal midweek.  WFW23_19 begins tomorrow and runs until Saturday midnight Aug 12th
