A day in the life

Wheat

Harvest isn't long off, judging from the hanging heads of the wheat. I don't know much about deciding about if it's going to be a good harvest or if there's been too much or too little of something, there is what there is and to me it looks fine. Another cycle has passed by, autumn is next in turn but the late summer days here on Öland usually has some surprises to reveal. I expect there will be gorgeous, mild nights ahead of us still.

Most people are back at work, many start tomorrow. School is starting and I'm outside, harvesting the fruit of it all.
