Hey! (Hey!) You! (You!) Get Off of My Flower!

I was on my morning walk, up Tow Hill, when I came upon a lone echinacea bloom out in front of Jensen the orange kitty's house. A pitched battle for breakfast was being fought between a katydid and a bumblebee.

The katydid was there first, but the bumblebee arrived with great fanfare. The bumbler crowded out the katydid until the katydid finally gave up, and it walked off the bloom in disgust!
