Wound up in Wexford

By Neatwithice

A start

It was raining hard when we woke, and blowing.  We thought T might not come to work in the garden.  But he arrived at 10.00.  And the rain stopped for him.  And stayed away for his full 3 hours (and a bit longer - till mid afternoon).  He's made a good start - it's not easy digging - lots of stones, lots of roots from the hedge, and it's been grass, cut by a ride on mower, so compacted ground beneath, since the house was built in 2005.

It's now blowing even harder, though the rain that returned mid afternoon has cleared away for the moment.  T said we're expecting 200km/hr winds later this week - since the Beaufort scale classifies winds of over 117km/hr as a hurricane, I think he may have been exaggerating!

Oddly, we've had an indoor afternoon.  I did a bit of flute playing, and sorted out my car insurance renewal - a lot easier this year when we have an Irish registered car and Irish drivers' licenses.
