Vitamin C

Freshly squeezed grape juice from our own vines, courtesy of AW.  He knew the approximate time I would be home and squeezed in advance, so the pulp had sunk to the bottom by the time I arrived, but a couple of turns with a long spoon and the consistency was back.  No sugar so it was sour but absolutely yummy and rather intense.  Every year around this time, we get to enjoy this.

Went to work, worked, went back home.  A good day compared to yesterday.  The adolescents appreciate it when I take the time to talk to them and try to understand why they behave the way they do.  On the other hand, there's still a lot of material to cover before the first exams and they really can't afford to lean back at this time.

Thankful the day went well at work... and for the juice, too.
