Falling leaves

This morning I tried to capture the leaves falling from a tree that overhangs the Water of Leith. I think that my effort is semi-successful.

As per a usual Wednesday, I spent most of the morning at the gym and the afternoon at my desk. I anticipate spending an hour on the sofa this evening.

My niece Ailish (Paddy's sister) and her boyfriend Danny set off for Singapore today at the start of seven months of travels.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; aquafit class; strength training; walking (11,858 steps).
