Lift out

And after weeks of horrible weather and horrible happenings we got a fine day for it. Starting in the half light, finishing in the dark.
I hadn’t slept well - I awoke at 3:20am and began thinking of those chains for our trial lift swinging about up in the darkness overhead and struggled to get back to sleep. The stresses of high office! Ha. However, because it was such a fine day, there was still light in the sky when we commenced lifting the trial boats with their masts stepped some 45 minutes after sunset. And within 50 minutes we’d done the lot successfully. Result! Oh I was so bloody happy.
Happy happy happy happy!!!!!
