Some parts of the UK have had a bit of snow... but not here.

Mind shop day, well 5 hours, loads of fun, but a bit tearful when Margot and I learned that Lynn, in the centre of this, is fading fast and is in hospital again, by the sounds of it for the last time :-(   I didn't know before, but she's had a really difficult life and I can only imagine the trauma. I have been so fortunate. 

I left at 2pm and called at Aldi, getting a merino base layer top for £24 and some thermal tights. Once home I had a cuppa and then did a short walk, but quite fast, then stretched, including back exercises. That's three times today, and I'll do them again before bed. Looking forward to seeing a new physio tomorrow.
