Velvet

There are a few Red deer stags that hang around at the bottom of the glen where I was working. This is a 3 year old stag with the velvet on his antlers.

He is back lit and I loved the way this highlighted the antlers at this time of year.

If you like light and moody shots make sure you have a look at yesterdays shot that I had to back blip as I often have no broadband, or any other signal, when I am out working.
