Ahead of schedule

Started my nephew's birthday card today... massively ahead of schedule. Thought I'd begin early in case I needed threads or anything, but as it happens I've nearly finished it already! Last year I made him a cross stitch Kermit, and this year it's another of his favourite things... in fact him and 2 of his mates do a Podcast about it (all a bit weird!) The clue's in today's blip ;-)

Watched Masters snooker, did some sewing and have just got back from an evening run.

So far this year:
Alcohol-free days = 7/7
Running days = 5/7

Pretty chuffed with that and feel better for both.
