Hungry eyes!

Look at that face!  

Our poor starved Minnie the Mooch Lola.  You would think she never gets fed!  She certainly knows how to pull one's heartstrings :-). This is her looking longingly at Alan's PA Penny as poor Penny had a cuppa and a biscuit.  We've had to tell Alan's team not to give her anything to eat as she'd be the size of a house if each of them gave her illicit treats!

That said, Lola is not a girl who misses an opportunity.  She's managed to snaffle all manner of things from the team such as a packet of shortbread, a pie, a tuna sandwich and toast to name a few.  They have learned the hard way not to leave bags with food in on the floor! 

D, Alan and the team all disappeared out in the afternoon and left Lola and me to our own devices.  Lola chose to sprawl in the hall, snoozing and watching for her master's return.  I did not do that.  I painted in the studio and had a lovely time.  Music on, cup of ginger and turmeric tea (rock n roll :-) and fun with my favourite shades of blue, turquoise, purple and salt.  I have now worked out the background for Ele's sheep.

Everyone arrived back and the peace was shattered :-)  

Homemade Mac n cheese for dinner then Traitors.  It's hotting up!  :-))
