Today’s walk

The sun broke through occasionally today.

Mum and I managed without a carer this morning. I also washed, cut and set her hair.

I did the garden bird watch, but did not watch for an hour. The usual suspects were there, including 12 blackbirds as soon as I threw out suet pellets for them. Sadly, our bullfinches did not show up.

I walked after lunch and enjoyed watching these trees on the horizon.

I also saw a large cluster of King Alfred’s cakes on one tree. I don’t recall seeing them before…..

The wind is getting up again tonight.
