Clearing up

Work has been intense and busy again. There is so much to do but I don’t feel much enthusiasm.

At lunchtime I walked to the allotment with Jon. He has developed a horrendous cold and neither of us got much sleep last night. He stayed in bed, but at lunchtime we
decided fresh air would be a good idea. We collected Bessie’s first egg of 2024, and some big branches that were broken, dead and hanging along the verge. We can chop them up for our fire.

Finished work at 6, and cooked lentil curry for dinner. Finished two frames with mice - I’ll add to my extras. Then wrote another 400 words.

Now watching another program where people are searching for birth families.
