LUNCH

We had a phone call yesterday evening from our Surgery with The Doctor advising that they put in a new prescription to the Pharmacy in Flookburgh as they found the relevant cream for Hubby there.  So this morning I popped down there.  Not a problem it only takes about 10 minutes.   So yeah he now has everything he needs, let's hope this will start with getting rid of his post op allergic reaction,

Then at lunch time the The Friends of Kents Bank Station, of which Hubby is a member had their annual lunch at The Pheasant in Allithwaite. 

We went for the Lunch Timers portions as they are smaller and more manageable for us.  We had a delicious Spiced Mango Prawn Cocktail, followed, the hubby had a small portion of Lancashire Hot Pot and I had a small Fish and Chips, followed by Apple Crumble and Custard (which was not small and too large for me).

A very nice lunch and get together.  We then went round to Hubby's friends' house for coffee and chat before coming home.

A pleasant day, despite it being grey and rainy.

Apologies for having to do a food blip but they're the only photos I've taken all day, and that was on the Phone, still not mastered that yet!
