Pancakes 2023

I went to the Co-op to buy chicken Kiev’s for dinner but they didn’t have any. So it was across to Waitrose. When I was back I made the cauliflower cheese and then put the lot in the oven. While that was being made, PY made some pancake batter. After dinner we had pancakes for Shrove Tuesday. The first with sugar and lemon and the second with blueberries and maple syrup. Lovely. On the stand-up this morning we were talking about pancake day but there weren’t many takers for the idea.

Finished season 2 of The Morning Show. It really did pick up at the end but the last episode was odd with the COVID-isolation show. Still, we have another series to get into at some point but other things to watch before that.
