Camellia

It was very cold overnight and this morning but no frost so I swam. Then a morning working including dealing with the maladministration of the B of S. 

Spent the afternoon at the Manor with J and D, moving furniture, tidying things and cleaning a bit of a carpet. Couldn't get through to the hospital though so no news on next steps. 

Home I ate too much and watched TV, mostly with a cat on my knees. And applied for a couple of care homes. Is that progress?
