Auld Congregational Kirk

The gales are still blowing, but a sunny day, warm too. A couple of light showers this evening, cleareded again. 

Up early for a Sunday, managed to get two loads of washing out.  It didn't take light to dry today.  Me, peerie Brian and Julie headed to Bixter for Sunday Teas, then out walkies with the dogs.  More walkies with Sammy this evening.  Popped down to Laura's to see Megan and Ethan. Mam, dad and Jonny were along too.  Feet up at home now.  

Not ideal weather with this gales still blasting, but far easier to deal with when it's dry, so a good day overall.  Some fresh air after the Teas, not sure if I burned many calories though, but still a fine walk.  As we walked past this old kirk, I had a quick look inside, it's fairly go down since the last time I had a look, but the roof still remains intact.  The old Congregational kirk, Sand, Sandsting.
