Peace? It's for the birds...!

I don't seem to have head-space for proper photography at the moment, but I've often intended to blip this little dovecote. It sits in one of the estates in the village, and I've long pondered if the owner ever takes advantage of a fresh warm dove egg for breakfast...

Up at "good-'eavens o'clock" to take Janet to her clinic then divert to take Cheryl and Ivy to the airport, where they've now arrived at Lisbon for a few days with Charlie. I am very envious, especially given they appear to have mid twenties and sunny for the rest of the week.

Picking Janet back up, it was home and a gentle walk around all the new estates... which turned into 6km of quite enjoyable flat walking, apart from the main road where midafternoon traffic fumes really became noticeable... are people not have their cars serviced as often, do you think?
