Erythronium "Pagoda"

Another flower currently doing well in the garden.  However I am a little puzzled, I have always known this as E dens-canis i.e. dog's tooth, today I find out it is a hybrid between E tuolumnense and E californicum.  I assume my new found knowledge is correct.

This afternoon was the AGM of the village Social Club.  The Chairman is in the process of trying to move away but the house isn't selling as quickly as anticipated.  It was decided to appoint a Vice Chair   Strangely there was no rush to take the post or for that matter any post all officers were re-elected.  I ended up as the Vice Chair, they must be scraping the barrel bottom.
