'Mist'ical morning.

It was a lovely bright morning for the early Thursday walk but with a heavy dew there was a hint of mist hanging in the valleys. I wanted to try to capture this together with the fantastic Rose Bay Willow Herb ( fireweed) that like the rest of this year's wild flowers are magnificent at the moment.

Back in the garden, having a relax and a cup of coffee, I spotted my first Peacock butterfly which seemed to emerge from the green house and after a short period of recovery it proceeded around the various Buddliea bushes. (Apparently Chris had seen it in the greenhouse yesterday!)

I couldn't decide between the two subjects so here you have them both!
