From "Studio" Bright ......

........ to naturally soft and dreamy.

Up at the crack of dawn (well, even before it cracked, to be honest) as Himself has gone sea fishing and the boat will be catching the early tide down in Suffolk .... did the 'dutiful wife' by making sandwiches and a pot of tea and then waved him off ...... should I go back to bed or take Shadow for a walk????
Walkies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my camera with the 50mm lens (lighter to carry) hoping I wouldn't need the long lens for a herd of wildebeest or elephants stampeding across the Lincolnshire plains - I didn't - saw a few birds, some wildflowers, even an early butterfly (moth?) or two ....... but when I got home I liked this one the best.

Only a crop, a very (very) small pale green vignette and a sharpen were applied and I took the photo with the camera slightly twisted to get a more pleasing (??) angle on the grass stem ................ no torches were used in the making of this image!!!!

Tomorrow is a blipmeet with some old friends and, hopefully, a couple of new ones too - it will be an evening journal entry for me.

Last year there were a couple of ducks in black and white swimming around!
