Perfect pink

I love peonies, this is the first flower on my great grandfather's peony. Much transplanted, with the original well over 100 years old and from his allotment in Liverpool.
I had a lazy morning then went out to get my hair cut . My hair suddenly hits a point when it is permanently messy. It hit that point last week and it's thankfully now back under control.
We pottered about this afternoon getting organised for our Vestry meeting this evening and having an early dinner. It was another lovely warm day. - cool out of the sun, but I just stayed in it.
The meeting went well, the beginning of our shortlisting process. Somewhat stressful, but thankfully some applicants.
