A day in the life

Water avens

Due to yesterdays 6 hour long workday and the fact that I got to bed right after midnight, I woke up late during the morning, actually after ten o'clock, which is very unusual for me. The day was lazy, except for the invigorating walk I had around six in the evening, along one of the paths through The Grove with Nightingales, Blackbirds, Cucoos and a whole lot of other birds singing their hearts out despite the seven chilly degrees. The extra is a 'Water avens", Geum rivale, or "Humleblomster" in Swedish, a plant that I rarely see, even if it's growing in large parts of Europe and Scandinavia.

Now to bed, to get some proper sleep before the concert tomorrow afternoon The preparations start at eleven.
