……………………………..steps, on the prom this morning.

After a bad night I nearly didn’t go to Zumba this morning but I made the effort…my body didn’t really thank me for it though! I also managed to walk the prom before settling myself in the garden for the afternoon…largely under a parasol as the sun was a little scorching! The chill off the sea had warmed considerably today so it was rather pleasant out both sides of the house. Out now for a camera club committee meeting..oh joys!
