Silver-ish

So does this count as silver?  Or simply shiny white?  Well as the theme is optional I'm entering it for today's TinyTuesday whichever.  And am sending many thanks to Pinkhairedlady who is hosting the challenge today.

A day of a lot of sun, which I can't complain about, but everywhere is so dry and the air was so heavy it was unsurprising that as I brought the washing in this afternoon I heard distant rumbles of thunder and five minutes later a mixed sheet of rain and hail decended, beat the life out of the consevatory roof and guttering and poured in at floor level.  Yes, the conservatory's not rainproof, it seems.  So tomorrow morning at 10am I have the builder coming back to see what's going on AND the carpet layers coming to measure up.  Perhaps I'll just go out and leave them to it!

The only other excitment of my day was having a blood test.  The doctors' surgery is two bus rides away and the buses can't get round town because the Gas chaps are digging up the roads, so that was another mammoth c**k up.  Tomorrow has got to be better, or so I tell myself..
