Siver Jubilee Double Decker Bus

The gutter workmen arrived this morning around 8.20am.  They worked till around 3.30pm with a short break for lunch.  Lots of banging and loud footsteps on the extension roof and along the scaffolding. The cats were not keen.  I can't tell how much guttering they have replaced yet as its too high to see and hidden behind the scaffolding but hopefully they have got on well. 

I just pottered around till the workmen had gone and then I walked to the Co-op. Weather was warm and sunny again.

Booked  train travel for a short visit to Yorkshire next week.  Next I started to book the Cat Ladies to look after Tino and Lily.  However they were fully booked so I had to look around for someone else. I found another local company who were recommended on Facebook and filled in their online  new customer form. They needed so much info... took me ages.  Got there in the end and completed my booking.  Just need to pay them... and make arrangements for them to pick up my front door key. 

The Tiny Tuesday theme is " Something Silver ".  Ive blipped a Matchbox Superkings Silver Jubilee Souvenir bus.  A limited edition model to commemorate the Queens Silver Jubillee in 1977. ( The Matchbox name originated in 1953 as a brand name of Lesney products. Their model cars were sold in boxes which were a similar size to matchboxes). Thanks to Pinkhairedlady for hosting.
