Trying to keepcup my exercise

Well, bah. Three others in my team were supposed to be in the office today. I planned to go in simply because it's nice to see them, but in the event I had to go in anyway to collect a new laptop.

As it turned out, two didn't come in because reasons, and the other who did hid somewhere else in the building and then went home at lunchtime. Muggins therefore sat on her own all day and did something like an extra hour.

The wind has been slow and inexorable, which made cycling in and cycling home hard work, so I cooked loads of veg for tea and conked out on the settee.

I was dismayed this morning to see a huge fire at the old Corstorphine Hospital which has been closed for ages. I find it remarkable that three of the four closed hospitals in Edinburgh have caught fire while planning permission is underway. It's really quite an incredible coincidence, in fact.
