Back to Belfast
Left the house in sunshine this morning and walked down to Doolin to pick up the bus for Ennis. We thought they would take a card, but didn't, so while we found enough coins for one fare the driver let me go free - and it's quite a long journey! The kindness of the Irish! We walked through the town and had a coffee before going on to the station and setting off for Dublin, with a few odd train changes, including one at Limerick! My Blip today is a memorial to the famine in the 19th century - we popped down for a quick look at the River Shannon and then rushed back to catch the train.
Had a meal in Dublin and caught the train to Belfast and then back to the suburb of Adelaide where we have an Airbnb for the night in Moonstone Street. I will sleep well tonight!
Back to the ferry terminal tomorrow morning on the way home to Oban.
