Rabbit holes

It rained during the night. The pond and water butt are much fuller. A huge relief. 

My big achievement today was washing the kitchen floor. I also did some laundry on the off chance it would stay dry. It had to come in later. 

Finished saving Mum's pics to a folder which I shared with J. It's Fete des Meres in France today.  

Usual coffee and chat with Y as the showers scudded through. 

Once home I went down family history rabbit holes and watched the weather change. It was very windy. 

Dinner plans didn't quite work out due to lack of a key ingredient but the salmon was fine. 

Watched TV with Willow prostrate on my lap. She loves to be cosseted.
