Job Done

A few days ago I posted some derelict manhole covers and (as an extra) some rather dodgy looking replacements being installed by Northern Gas Networks…

Anyway, I went past on my walk today and it looks as though they have now been finished off quite neatly.. so today’s blip sorted :-)

All of the barriers and redundant rusty metalwork have been removed. Just waiting for nature to take over now. 

An extra today of a rather splendid cloud - am wondering if this is what is known as a ‘lenticular’…
