Stonechat

I didn’t run today, though I did think about it! My aches were not nearly as bad as yesterday, and have definitely eased off. My elbow is still quite tender, and has a big dressing on it. It’s amazing how often  it gets bashed.

I had a slow morning, I read my book, I went for a wee walk, then sorted lunch.

Later in the afternoon, BB and I drove over to North Berwick and went for a beach walk. The tide was going out, and we had a lovely walk, including to a beach I don’t think I have been to before (extra), though when I told TT, he was sure we had walked to it previously. TT did more garden pottering, while resting his foot.

We had instructions to bring a few bits and pieces home for tea, which we did. We got home to find that there had been a heavy downpour, which we had totally missed. TT then made a very tasty grilled salmon and salad for tea.

We had a quiet evening.

There were a few stonechats flittering around by the coast, and I managed to catch this one.
