Seasonal ..

.. but in unseasonal weather and at an unusual time.

There was a bit of drizzle as my friend and I walked on to Woodbank for lunch after this morning's Pilates session.
We were surprised at the large number of cars filling the lay by and even more surprised to see midweek cricket taking place. They appeared to be youngsters who were playing with older officials. No idea what it was in aid of.

When we came out later it was raining even more but they were still playing. I often miss the matches that take place at the weekend when they all play in whites so I thought I would grab a quick blip.

It’s been light rain on and off all day so far. So much for summer!
