The allotment was burgeoning, and the unsettling situation there seems to be resolving. The unsettling situation with the Residents Association may be worse, however :(

In the evening, we went over to Fife to celebrate lovely Debs' very-nearly-first wedding anniversary. A fine night, and chauffeured courtesy of Parsfan and Mrs Him. The beer, though cheap, was not very interesting, so, on arriving back at Bernard Street, we decided a hoppy pint of Joker IPA was called for. In the pub we ran into Fitzy and Uistean, and crawled out a couple of hours later, very merry indeed.
Never take an umbrella into a boozer. You will leave without it. Guaranteed.
