Low mileage?

This car has certainly done a low mileage recently. Even the notice stuck under the rear wiper by an optimistic company offering to buy used cars has been there for many months. The state of the paintwork and the growth of the bushes around the car suggest that the it was abandoned here a long time ago. Yet the house is in reasonable condition and, apparently, still occupied.

I have disguised the number plate to avoid identification.
