Lake Louise Layers

Tiny Tussock Reporting

Well you can see where we ended up today and The Boss and Bossess walked the trail to the 6 Glaciers Teahouse an 11km return and 383 Mx height gain (to 2135 mx) walk.
The weather was not great and I will post a Iphone pana to the portfolio page here which was taken when we decided to give up about 20 minutes short of the end when it started to snow more heavily and we were worried that the Teahouse may be shut due to the late hour and we would be returning in deteriorating weather.

Lake Louise never fails to please so I thought we would have a non landscape sorta shot today.

We met a bunch of dogs today on the trial and a number of great folk including an ex New Zealand DOC worker. It is amazing who you meet walking trails.

Oh and an interesting time this morning as we rounded a corner and found a bunch of people with tripods waiting for a train to provide the feature in a great landscape shot.
30 minutes later we left them all to it and were delighted to hear a train whistle 2 hours later while walking the trail.
The moral of this story is that "The Trains a pain and we have to wait again"

Thanks to all our followers. Love getting your comments and will attempt to catch up tomoro if it rains.
Big download issues tonight as The Bossess iPhone came up with the Memory full message and The Boss had more than one card to empty.
