Autumn color

An uplifting morning at church, then after lunch at home we went walking in the forest. It was quite a picture in places with the golden brown of the bracken and the turning leaves of the trees. It seems like just this last week that the leaves have started to turn - when we were driving around last weekend with Roger's family, there wasnt much color to be seen. Rain was in the forecast today, but fortunately it held off until after we returned home - in fact we even had a few glimpses of sunshine, which nicely accented the colors.
