Morning for Mandela
Yesterday's blip was the sky at dusk; today's is at dawn. Looking out from J's bedroom window - she was not best pleased when I opened it to get this, but couldn't resist, it was beautiful.
Well, I was probably in the Amazon somewhere when Kennedy died, and in the Sertao when Diana died (a local lady told me she'd heard on the radio that our queen had died), but I was in Sutton Coldfield when Mandela died. We were also here, with our oldest on our lap, when we watched him coming out of prison. What an amazing person he was - a true hero.
