Hog on the Summit Road

Sunshine at last, and in time for my 500th blip too!

Waking up to a blue sky after 5 straight days of rain certainly lifts the soul, much like a refreshing morning ride out on Banks Peninsula.

After a bit of a 'getting to know you', I quickly acclimatised to riding the Harley; she's a bit different from all of my previous bikes, but I like her relaxed style.

Here she is parked up on The Summit Road overlooking Akaroa Harbour.

I think if the weather holds we might have a few more adventures before I return her to her rightful owner back in Timaru....
