Pink lilies

So there I was thinking that I would start my day with a 06:00am run and then settle down to write three reports all due to be completed for deadlines on Monday. Instead I woke at about 04:30am sneezing my head off, the run was cancelled, and I struggled through the rest of the day with a box of tissues at my side. I managed to write just one report. The others will just have to be done over the weekend :-(

My blip is of the lilies that my friend J brought round on New Year's Eve.

No exercise today.
