Night Sky over the Sheep Yards

At last a cloud-free night sky! Not wanting to waste the opportunity that the new moon presents, once I headed up to my neighbour's sheep yards for this shot of the hills.

There was quite a bit of sky-glow from the city lights reflecting on the clouds behind me, but luckily facing southeast, as I am here, mitigates some of that.

It was also a good chance to test out the new low-light kit; a Samyang 14mm f/2.8 and a 24mm f/1.4. This one's from the former.
