Packing Day Two

Our second day of packing in the Science Dept, ready for the move to the new building next week.

I think most of the Physics equipment in the labs has now been packed, and the prep room looks like a bomb has hit it. Lots of empty shelves, some of the racking and shelving dismantled - but there is still a lot to do. The chemical cupboard is steadily being packed into crates so that the shelving in there can then be dismantled, and the room can be used as a temporary storage for some of the packed crates (as we are running out of room elsewhere).

I have one more day to complete my contribution as I don't work Thursday and Friday: all the other labs still have to be cleared, and the teachers will have to pack their personal things after school finishes on Friday.

This picture shows some of the crates delivered this morning, ready to be filled. The tally so far is over 270 crates packed!
