Extermination At Lacock

I was at the outer edges of the infinities of space in the far, far distant future, when a call came through from K-9 on my time machine to say there were some local difficulties in the village of Lacock. I set the controls for the source data and landed at what in your Earth calendar was 16 February 2014. K-9 had enlisted the help of some Earth warriors and Al, the sole remaining Dalek, was soon banished.

I checked the grounds in case a rear guard were present but the only incursion was from the waters of the Avon, which were more difficult to banish and would in any case have broken the prime directive to affect.

At the Bide Brook rockworks I encountered again the cat known to me as Whitetip. I have been told that his actual name might well be Gizmo, but when I addressed him as such I got no reaction at all. He is a very placid cat and remained motionless when I reached down to touch his head and stroke him, as others did also. He seemed unconcerned by the recent attempts at total annihilation from the daleks, and equally unimpressed by their defeat.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Spiritualized - Always Forgetting With You (The Bridge Song) (2014)
This features on the Space Project compilation album, to be released in April for Record Store Day. Sounds recorded during the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 space probes have been utilized by all the artists. Spiritualized appear as The Spiritualized Mississippi Space Program.
According to a press statement: "The 'sounds' recorded by the Voyager probes aren't sounds in the conventional sense; rather, they are electromagnetic radiation fluctuations in the magnetosphere of the planets, moons, and large asteroids the Voyager probes traveled near. Each celestial body is composed of different elements, has its own size and mass, and therefore sounds unique."
