The sun sets on Grey Lynn

And also all the other parts of Auckland between Grey Lynn and the Waitakere Range in the background.

Slept later than I wanted this morning, so no morning run. Busy all day (quietly so, in a quite unstressed way). Home to help with the lads before their mother arrived after staying late at school providing pastoral care to a student. Called to "rescue" Jesafly, who had cut her thumb truing to shape a large cork bung. Fortunately her act of cutting an unstable object towards herself resulted in lots more blood and angst than serious damage.

By that time any urge for a run had long flown. So, while S sorted out food, I sat on the deck watching the sun go down. I like this the best of the photos I took.
