Strong Girl

We finally made it out for a proper outing today. Woohoo!
We (and almost everybody else in the South of England) decided to go to Blenheim to make the most of the beautiful weather.
It was sunny and hot and there was blue sky and it was just gorgeous!!
We walked miles from the car park down to the Pleasure Gardens, played in the park, ate a lovely picnic, played in the adventure playground, played in the sandpit, went for ice cream, had a ride on the new train which goes through a new tunnel. And had to pay 50p each for the privilege. God forbid anywhere we go for days out could remain unchanged for more than five minutes.
Rather than pay to get the exact same new train back again Miss E and I walked back down to the Pleasure Garden and Miss L and Mr K went and picked up the car and drove down.
On the way Miss E picked up a massive branch from a tree and staggered most of the way with it. Then she saw this smaller branch, realised it would be much easier and went the rest of the way pumping it up and down above her head and shouting how strong she was!
Then she climbed trees, found worms and tried to chop down a massive oak tree with her branch.
She's such a girly girl!!!!
