In our village

I've had a very quiet day at home, gradually sorting and tidying, aiming to see the desk. I've made progress is all I'll say!

This afternoon I had a quick walk in the village to deliver posters for the Geltsdale Bird Walk to someone who works at the RSPB bird reserve there. I met this neighbour and admired her coat. She was immediately happy to have her photo taken and posed for me for a few minutes. Although I like portraits in mono, I felt that I needed to use colour in this instance.
