Beauty Amongst The Thorns

Six petite flowers popped today on the prickly Grizzly prickly pear! Look at all that pollen. We are officially in full bloom! And it is still only March. I hope this continues through April and well into May (and even the beginning of June), as it usually does.

Hmmm...hummingbirds, cactus flowers...and sun. Does it get any better than this?

I love the desert!
