Autumn at ground level

Walking through campus this morning I noticed this group of fungi amongst the leaf litter, so promised myself to photograph them on my return journey on my way to the bus. Luckily, all were standing present and correct.

Today is my 600th blip, and whist I normally wouldn't celebrate it rolling amongst the leaves, I suppose I can today make an exception.
