Forth and Clyde Canal at Netherton

After my swim I took a walk along the canal to see if I could catch up with the swan brood, but no sign of ma and pa and their 7 cygnets which I saw at the nest yesterday. However, it gave me a chance to capture the canal itself on a perfect May evening with the hawthorn blossom at its peak. Cyclists were out in force enjoying the towpath which has been restored for leisure activities.
