Male Downy Woodpecker

I was sure I was going to blip a bird today as I saw many. I saw some adorable baby wrens but the light was so low all the photos came out a bit blurry. The jays were being more cooperative so I got a few decent ones of them. I almost blipped the path I walked in Big Rock Park. Finally I chose a male downy woodpecker that I heard up in a tree near where the baby wrens were. I really enjoyed my walk!
